Order Processing
Standard Orders: All in-stock items typically require 1 to 2 business days for security checks, packaging, and dispatch. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
Custom Orders: Processing time for custom or made-to-order items will be estimated and communicated to you separately at the time of purchase, as it depends on the complexity of the design.
2. Shipping Options and Transit Times (Applicable only after processing)
We currently only ship within India. You will be able to select from the following shipping methods at checkout:

3. Shipping Security and Insurance
Due to the high value and sensitive nature of our products, all shipments include the following security measures:
Full Insurance Coverage: Every package shipped by Umika's Collections is fully insured against theft or accidental damage while in transit, up to the point of successful delivery.
Signature Confirmation: For security purposes, all orders require a signature upon delivery. The carrier will not leave the package unattended. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will follow its standard procedure (e.g., attempt re-delivery or hold at a local facility).
Tamper-Evident Packaging: Your jewelry will be shipped in unmarked, discrete, and secure packaging to minimize external scrutiny. Do not accept the package if the external packaging appears damaged or tampered with.
4. Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows the package has been delivered, but you cannot locate it, you must notify us within 48 hours of the stated delivery time. Once a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier (via signature confirmation), Umika's Collections is no longer responsible for its security.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, Umika's Collections is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, natural disasters, customs procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances outside of our direct control.
