Refund & Replacement Policy

At Umikas Collections, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. However, in the unlikely event of an issue, our policy is designed to provide a smooth and transparent resolution.

This process does not constitute a cash refund.

Requests for replacement, return, or exchange must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

If a replacement is necessary, it will be issued for the same product, subject to availability, and shipped using the same delivery method as the original order. The replacement delivery time-frame is typically 5–7 business days from the date of approval.

If a replacement is not available, a store credit of equivalent value will be provided immediately. This store credit will never expire and may be used for any future purchase, either partially or in full, depending on the order value.

Please note that cash refunds are not issued under any circumstances.
